Eric has spent over 37 years working in the pensions industry with multiple leading firms and has developed a particular expertise in the DB pensions area.

Eric is an affiliate member with the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Trinity College Dublin and the National University of Ireland. He is currently on sabbatical from UCD Doctoral Governance PhD programme. He has also participated in executive educational courses at Harvard Business School in Boston, the Said Business School in Oxford, and the Judge Business School in Cambridge.
